Most projects take about two weeks to turnaround once we have a project start date. We work with you to set up a schedule for receiving, reviewing, and updating deliverables. Actual turnaround times, however, depend on a number of factors, including:

- Degree of background research required
- Quantity and quality of background information supplied
- Number and length of meetings required
- Number of revisions required
- Your responsiveness when reviewing and commenting on revisions and answering questions that arise during the course of a project
How do you deliver project deliverables?
You receive your copy or content in a Microsoft Word file. We can use Google Docs, but prefer the review and commenting capabilities of Microsoft Word.
We can either email the file to you or upload it to the cloud via Google Drive or DropBox.
What can I do with my Word file?
You can review the copy or content and send it back to us for correction, or you can accept the content as is and forward it to your webmaster for posting or graphic designer for formatting.
Who owns the copyright?
We own the copyright until we receive payment in full. After payment has been received, you may distribute and repurpose your copy or content as you wish.
Can I review the web pages, articles, and email messages you write and edit?
Yes. We want you and your customers to be happy with the final copy. So, we offer several rounds of revisions with all our copywriting and editing services.
